The city wide Juneteenth Month calendar and planning committee is an initiative that reflects unity and hope for our community . Its purpose is to expand and advance educational , cultural and economic opportunity and to address educational , cultural and economic wealth gaps. 

It is also a service to our community, giving all of us one place to discover most of the planned educational, cultural and economic events and opportunities  that celebrate Juneteenth month and beyond. Join us , as we once again populate everyday of the month of June with opportunities to engage in the rich history , culture and economic health of our community.
